The Perfect Waterproof Eyliner || Budget VS ''High End''

Hi babes, as you all know me a good waterproof eyeliner is essential for my everyday look. At the moment my MAC Liquid Last is my holy grail to create my winged eyeliner. MAC is on the more ''higher end'' beauty brand side, so I decided to compare it with a budget waterproof eyeliner in this case one from Catrice. So to see details on this budget vs high end eyeliner, click the link below.

BEAUTY | Mini Victoria Secret Haul

Hi babes, the past week I went to Amsterdam Airport to drop off one of my close friends' grandma. Amsterdams Airport has a Victoria's Secret store, which is the only one located in the Netherlands. Last time I went there I brought home some goodies and this time I did too so let's get right into it.

REVIEW || Primark Lip Stains

Hi lovelies, today I'm going to review these two lipstains from Primark. I am not the biggest fan of lip stains, but I saw these at Primark for just two euros and I thought it would be a great product to review. Ohh and can we just talk about how gorgeous Miley looked on this Cosmo cover. Anyways with no further do, let's get onto the review.

BEAUTY | Zara Woman Oriental

Hi lovelies, today I'm going to talk about my new favorite perfume that I recently purchased. As much as I love ''higher-end'' scents, I do have some budget proof perfumes that I quite like. Zara Woman Oriental has been one of those perfumes that I have been liking. Zara perfumes in general smell really good, so do check them out if you're at a Zara store

I really love the packaging of the bottle. it's just really simple, but chique. The smell of the perfume is quite sweet, it's not a disturbing strong smell, but really subtle. I like to use this as an everyday perfume, because it's not too strong, it's just right for an ordinary day.

I hope you guys liked my new post, thanks for reading.

Love, Sabine

BEAUTY | Updated Beauty Essentials (faves)

Happy Saturday lovelies, I posted ''my beauty essentials'' a long while ago and some products have changed and/or added to my pile of products, so I thought it was time for an update. On the pictures below you will see mostly the new products I have been loving, because I thought that would be the most intresting to see.

Urban Decay | Naked2
MAC | Bronzing powder, Matte Bronze
MAC | Pro longwear concealer, NC30
MAC | Liquid liner
Make Up Studio | Eyelash curler
Catrice Cosmetics | Precision lip liner, 030 Lost In The Rose Wood
Essence | Lipstick, 07 Natural Beauty

The eyelash curler, concealer and eyeliner are essentials that also have been featured in my first essentials post, so let's quickly go through the new added products. First off the Urban Decay Naked2 pallet, I've blogged about it more than once, but this pallet contains the perfect shades for an everyday or even going out look. Next on the Mac Bronzing powder, I absolutely love this bronzer. It's matte so it doesn't add another layer of shine to your cheekbones. It is on the pricey side, but it will give you the perfect matte shade of bronzer. Lastly the Catrice precision lip liner and Essence lipstick. I use these two lip products together, I obviously start off with the liner and finish of with the lipstick, which gives me the perfect nudish pink lips. Plus both product are very budget proof.

Clumpsy me time, yes this is a repost, I deleted the original one by accident aha. I hope you guys still liked my updated beauty essentials post, thanks for reading.

Love, Sabine

BEAUTY | Essence longlasting lipsticks

Hi lovelies, happy Saturday. Today I'm back with a beauty post. Recently I went to the drugstore to see which drugstore brands had something new in their shelfs. My eyes caught two beautiful colors from Essence, which are from their new longlasting lipstick line. Here are some close up pictures from the lipsticks

The colors I bought are ''07 Natural Beauty'' and ''04 On The Catwalk''. ''Natural Beauty'' is what I call your own lips but better, it's a pinkish nude color, which is great for an everyday look. ''On The Catwalk'' is a deep burgundy red color, which will be great for the fall time.

The lipsticks do look pretty matte, but the color will give you a glossy kind of finish. They won't dry out your lips, but they will give you good color pay off. I really like these lipsticks and I definitely recommend them, because their budgetproof, so very affordable.

I hope you guys liked my little beauty post, thanks for reading

REVIEW | TBS ''MOROCCO Black Olive & Argan Oil Scrub''

Hi lovelies, today I'm doing a review on the ''MOROCCO Black Olive & Argan Oil Scrub'' from The Body Shop. I bought this a while ago as you can see on the pictures, I have been using it a lot. Since I've used it that much, I thought it would be time to write a review on it. So let's get going..

The scrub is from the Spa Wisdom™ collection, which you can find at the spa and massage products (online and in stores). The scrub has a price of (around 12,00 EUR / $14,00 USD ). The description says ''it promotes a radiant looking glow and increases circulation with a rich, intense exfoliating scrub to remove dead skin cells while deeply cleansing to reveal soft, smooth refined skin''. Plus the scrub is meant for all skin types. Now the description to me sounds like a lot for just a scrub, I honestly think that the description sounds more exciting than the product itself. Now let's just start by how exfoliating it actually is. The scrub contains olive stone granules and ground argan nuts, which gently exfoliate the skin. So to me the whole intense exfoliating part doesn't make much sense, nevertheless my skin does feel softer after I've used it.

Next I want to talk about the smell, because that's my favorite part about this product. The black olive and argan oil smell amazing together. Now I'm already a big fan of argan oil, because I always use it after I have washed my hair, but this is probably my favorite product that contains argan oil. I would describe the smell as mysterious, because it has this strong dark but sweet smell. Whenever I have used this in the shower, my skin smells exactly the same after I come out of the shower and the best part is my skin still smells like the scrub hours later. So the smell is really strong, but I really love it. If I should rate this product I would give it 9 out of 10, because I love the soft exfoliating feel and the amazing smells that is left on my body. In short word, I would definitely recommend you all to go to your local Body Shop and just smell it or even buy it, because it's definitely worth it!

I hope you guys liked my little review, what is your favorite Body Shop product? Thanks for reading.

Love, Sabine

BEAUTY | Victoria's Secret Haul

Hi lovelies, today I have a little beauty haul for you all. Yesterday I went on a little airport trip to Amsterdam, because I was picking up my friend from Aruba. Before her plane landed I decided to shop a little bit at our only Victoria's Secret in the Netherlands, which is on Amsterdam's aiport itself. I didn't buy a lot, just something for myself and a present for my mom's birthday, so let's get going.

I'm going to start off with the fragrance mist or body mist I bought. It's called ''Midnight Dare'' and it contains raspberry and sandalwood. I've probably smelled nearly all the body mists in the whole shop, because I couldn't choose which one I liked the most. Eventually I liked this one best. It has a sweet smell, which isn't too overpowering and which kind of reminds of vanilla. This doesn't smell like you just sprayed pure candy on yourself, but it's just a light breeze of sweetness on your skin.

Next I bought a body lotion from the same ''Midnight Dare'' collection. This obviously contains raspberry and sandalwood as well. I didn't know what to buy for my mom, because my mom never asks for big birthday presents. I decided it would be nice if I bought a nice smelling body lotion from Victoria's Secret, because she loved the one that she got from someone for her birthday last year.

So those were the things I bought at Victoria's Secret, who's your fave VS model? (I have more; Candice, Barbara, Cara + old VS models) Thanks for reading.

Love, Sabine

SHOPPING | Mini Haul

Hi lovelies, I'm finally back with a little haul. I recently have been shopping but I didn't really found something I (really) liked or something I actually needed so I don't have that much to show, but I'm very happy with the couple things I've bought so let's get going..

The first thing I'm most excited about is yes my Naked 2 palette by Urban Decay. I've wanted this palette for the longest time but I always thought it was too expensive so I was satisfied with other ''nude'' palettes. But I finally convinced myself to get it, since I've wanted it for so long and I'm so glad I did because I'm in love with it. The color pigment is amazing and you can make so many different looks with just this one palette. My fav shadows in this palette so far are ''half baked'', ''foxy'' and ''snakebite''. I can't wait to experiment with this palette and for all the beautylovers I definitely recommend this pallette even though it's quite on the pricey side.

The other things I've bought were these two books by Lauren Conrad. As you might have read in my previous posts, I've read ''LA CANDY'' also by Lauren Conrad. This one day I was just reading the book and the story was becoming more exciting and interesting untill the books was finished...with an open ending. I was confused, so I quickly researched if there were more parts which there were, so I ordered part two and three so I can read the whole series. I loved ''LA CANDY'' so I'm really excited to read the other parts of the series.

So this was my little mini haul, I hope you liked it. Thanks for reading.

Love, Sabine

BEAUTY | Beauty Workshop

Today I went to my first beauty related workshop. I was really excited to experience something like this to expand my knowledge on makeup and ofcourse have a fun day with doing the things I love doing.

When I entered the beauty studio there were 8 chairs with makeup mirrors and 2 big racks with the Make-Up Studio collections. I got really excited cause I quite like Make-Up Studio even though I don't own any of it yet. The make-up artist who instructed us told us step by step how to do face, eye, brow and lip makeup. All the information was really basic and I honestly already knew everything she told us. It didn't really matter to me cause there were other girls who did went for getting to know the basics.

We started off with face makeup. The makeup-artist matched us to a matching foundation and concealer and told us how you had to apply it. After that we got matched up with some eyeshadows which would fit our eyecolors. We got around 30 minutes to kinda experiment with the colors and different textures. At last we applied eyeliner, mascara and ofcourse the lip color. The makeup artist matched us with a lipcolor that would fit our own created makeuplook and that's was basically what we did at that workshop.

I know it's quite a small article, but I didn't want to leave this experience out on my blog so I just made it a bit smaller.
